BULLET JOURNAL

My Career teacher introduce us in Bullet Journal, at first I thought It was just some sort of diary something that you write how your day goes. I came to realized it does a lot more than that. I use the my bullet journal in setting up important things I wanted to track. In my bullet journal I put there my future plans, monthly log, goals, a lot of trackers, details I learned in class and information about me and my career on the future. I love working on it and I have been thinking doing it again, cause I love designing and drawing doodles on and and it really helps me through my daily task and activities.

I keep track of everything we do in Careers Class and these are the notes I put on my bullet journal because I like the topic and it help me a lot.

What is positive psychology?

An important goal for positive psychology is advancing knowledge about how to help people increase their level of happiness, positive health and personal thriving

This is a magazine I made as a teaching tool about College Life and everything that students need to know about Life in College. Expectations Vs. Reality and an insights on how to apply and help you on entering College or University.

I made this to help students answer their own questions. And the information will guide them into a path they wanted to take in the near future.

I made this concept map as a guide to my Character Strengths and on how I connect it to myself and to my future plan and goals. There are also facts about positive psychology and everything needed to know about my strengths and I got a great mark for this.

This taught me how to make an APA citations in different forms, from articles to books or in the internet.

This has been a great help fro me in creating professional resume, you can find amazing words that would totally describe you.

This is when work BC visited our school and we get to experience this awesome things. Like playing on the old apple computer, be a therapist, connect wires to make a sound or fly the little saucer, 3D animated groot, test our heart rate and more.

UBC was spectacular, the campus was so wide that it is called a city within a city. They have their own hospital, food chain (starbucks of course) gigantic libraries, houses and buildings, recreation centre and they even have their own bus.

BCIT is more on to trade school which is interesting. There are loaded with machines and everything.What I enjoyed there is the part where they should us how to make a 3D object and its so cool.
