Being a graduating student in Johnston Heights Secondary School comes with handling great responsibilities and completing certain requirements to graduate high school. Most importantly, it has already been expected of me to have a thorough, step by step, plan of my future. 

 

Ever since I was young, I’ve always been interested as to how several dishes and cuisines were made. I remember watching cooking videos and I was always astonished as to how chefs managed to create such beautiful and delicious dishes. From there, I knew for a fact that I wanted to be like them. I wanted to be a chef — not the Gordon Ramsey or Christina Tosi type. I wanted to build my own image, a well-known name for myself. I want to be Monica the Chef. No, not the one on F.R.I.E.N.D.S.

As mentioned, I envision my future as a chef and an astounding baker,. I have always been so passionate about cooking and baking to the fact that I want to make a career out of it and hopefully one day, I get to own a restaurant or/and a cafe. Run a business that leads to success. I have my arrow aiming at it but first I need to study, work hard for it.  Write my own script and where everyone will witness me grow into a better individual while reaching my goal. For now, I am in the starting point of my movie. Still figuring out the climax.
